Please temporary disable js and css optimizing plugins, clear the cache in all cache plugins you are using and after that you can re-enable js/css optimizers. That should solve your issue.
I followed your directions. It worked and then an hour later, the issue happened again. The plugins that are causing the issue are Smush Pro and Hummingbird Pro. I need these just as I need/want to use your Layerslider plugin. How can I set up a permanent remedy?
My Layerslider isn't showing up/loading on my mobile website. Not sure what to do. Please help.

I'm not sure but maybe there is an option to exclude the css and js files of LayerSlider from these plugins?
