Our dev team is working on this. As I can know - the issue cannot be always reproduced so it is not clear that this issue is related to LayerSlider or is it a timing issue of YouTube. I am very sorry but I cannot promise that we can fix this soon.
Good news: we'll release version 7.7.6 soon, which will have several fixes for embedded videos. I've tried to test it on our servers, and it also fixed the issue you've experienced. After the update, please send me feedback about this. I would appreciate it. And thank you for your patience.
This only happens sometimes. If one slide video is playing, and I click a thumb to a different video, the 1st one that was playing continues.
I am on win 10 using chrome.
Is there anything I can add in the code that will assure that a video slide is killed when a user clicks a different navigation button?
