Limited availability during the holidays

Another busy year is coming to its end, and an exciting year lies ahead. In order to get ready for a fresh new start, our team will spend a few days' rest during the winter holidays. Over the holiday break, we will have reduced staffing from December 20th, 2024, to January 5th, 2025, so please be patient if you do not receive a response as quickly as you normally would.

    Hey! We are building a tutorial on https://mywordpressblogtutorial.com/ and LayerSlider transitions won't load, can you see what's wrong please? :)

    I mean won't *stay* active. I set the transition in my editing window transition presets, and it displays on the preview screen, but when I Save and Publish the transition totally goes away and the text just loads all at once.

    If you would like to apply the selected preset, please click on the checkmark. We know that this is not so obvious, so we will make it more clear in the future.
