We can see a completed and a failed order and a third one, which is in a "Pending Payment" state. Please note that some payment methods have a lead time while we receive the amount, and you might not immediately receive the product for that order. It's also possible that the order has failed for some reason and the amount is already returned to you. Still, some financial institutions may apply a temporary hold over the funds, and it can take up to 30 days while it's credited. If you would like, we are happy to talk to the payment processor who can look into it more thoroughly what happened.

Ok, I will follow up in 30 days to see if a refund is issued. Also, my bank got hacked, so that card is no longer active. Will the refund be issued another way? Thank you.

As now we can see, the "Payment Pending" status for the order in question has already been removed, and we didn't get the amount, so the money has not left your bank account. The most likely thing is that the bank will release the amount after a maximum of 30 days, but I would recommend you to contact with your bank if you would like to have a faster solution.
