Hi, in my home page the Slide #13 there isn't in layer container.. how does it appear?

I'm sorry, I am not fully understand your question. As I can see your screenshot you are using Avada theme with its own page builder. The slider may have been accidentally deleted from the column on the right. Please try to add it again. Unfortunately I don't know how Avada builder works.

my question is if the slide showed on home page whiteout using Avada builder.

I'm sorry but I don't exactly understand your question. Displaying the slider on your website should not be dependent by Avada builder.
