Limited availability during the holidays
Another busy year is coming to its end, and an exciting year lies ahead. In order to get ready for a fresh new start, our team will spend a few days' rest during the winter holidays. Over the holiday break, we will have reduced staffing from December 20th, 2024, to January 5th, 2025, so please be patient if you do not receive a response as quickly as you normally would.
We send our warmest wishes for happiness, health, and success throughout the coming year. Thank you for your continued support, and may you have a peaceful and blessed Happy Holidays!
Hi,
I have a layer slider installed on one of my clients website. After some updates I've noticed it doesn't display as it should. In fact all the text on the different slides stay instead of coming and going as they should. Please note that the miniatures at the bottom of the slider look totally fine, but the slider itself doesn't work correctly.
Please help!
Thanks and regards

Hello Marie-Charlotte,
Please ensure that your layers have an Ending Transition so they can move out of the scene on slide change. The old behavior was a bug in LayerSlider that version 7.5 addressed. Layers must have an Ending Transition; otherwise, they will act as static layers. You can easily multi-select all layers on slides and enable their Ending Transition in a single step.

Thanks so much George,
I did that and it fixed the problem :)
I have another issue now. Between my first and second slide, the whole slider fade to white but I'd like to background to stay (exactly like the next slides). I don't understand what setting is different between this first slide and the next ones which are behaving normally. Thanks a lot!
As I can see, there is a slide background specified for your first slide. Please remove it and the transition will be the same as on your other slides.

Thank you, but id I'm not mistaken, there isn't any background specified for this side? See screen cap here
Thanks for your help!
As I can see, there is a semi transparent background-color specified for the slide.

I see! You are the best thanks for all the help!
