Another busy year is coming to its end, and an exciting year lies ahead. In order to get ready for a fresh new start, our team will spend a few days' rest during the winter holidays. The payment processor we use automatically collects and remits the appropriate taxes in each country to the relevant tax authority based on local regulations, so we do pay taxes in Italy. Since we're also based in the EU, you're eligible for 0% VAT if you have a company or organization with an EU VAT ID. In that case, we can update the invoice and refund the VAT charges.
