Limited availability during the holidays

Another busy year is coming to its end, and an exciting year lies ahead. In order to get ready for a fresh new start, our team will spend a few days' rest during the winter holidays.     I have duplicated one of my sliders and edited it for a second use. I have been unable to make new thumbnails for the slides in the current version. Any idea wjhy or what I should do to get a new thumbnail?

    I tried another browser and the slides were captured.
