When I create a new slide, layers from earlier slides are added automatically in the new slide. So each new slide is too dark due to transparent layers from earlier slides.
Thank you for getting in touch with us. My name is George and I'm happy to assist you today. I appreciate your patience while we've been working towards your ticket.
As I can see, you are using static layers (layers that will not animate out at the end of their slide). These layers are displayed in the editor on all slides on which they are present. You can set this behavior under LAYERS -> Transition -> Additional Settings -> "Keep this layer visible".
Hi George. Since we created a new slider, it is working now, but for sure I will check your suggestion. Looks obvious. Thanks for your reaction, Erik-John

The unneeded layers cannot be removed.

I guess it is a bug. I created a new slider from scratch again, with only layers, no background image, and now it is fine.
