Limited availability during the holidays

Another busy year is coming to its end, and an exciting year lies ahead. In order to get ready for a fresh new start, our team will spend a few days' rest during the winter holidays.     I followed the instructions on your page but the files that were downloaded don't have a zip or installable file. Can someone please help quickly?

    Hello Jami,

    The downloadable ZIP file is the install file itself. Please do not extract it, just simply select that ZIP file when WordPress ask for you for the plugin install file.
