Limited availability during the holidays
Another busy year is coming to its end, and an exciting year lies ahead. In order to get ready for a fresh new start, our team will spend a few days' rest during the winter holidays. Over the holiday break, we will have reduced staffing from December 20th, 2024, to January 5th, 2025, so please be patient if you do not receive a response as quickly as you normally would.
We send our warmest wishes for happiness, health, and success throughout the coming year. Thank you for your continued support, and may you have a peaceful and blessed Happy Holidays!
This is more an FYI rather than an issue that must be addressed. I supposed it's mostly a "save your work often" suggestion to users...
When using the WordPress plugin to edit sliders, if you allow the WordPress cookie to expire -- or it gets cleared -- you will be unable to save your work. The "Server Error" dialog is displayed. Just trying to exit displays the "exit without saving?" dialog.
If you save frequently, this isn't an issue. I've bumped into it a few times when I'm on a call in a different browser window, but I'm in the habit of saving a lot, so it hasn't cost me time.

Hi Phillip,
Thank you for reporting this issue. This is due to WordPress' security measures, especially nonces used to authenticate every communication to protect your site from bad actors. WordPress Heartbeat should ensure that login sessions never expire when you leave the site open, but certain site optimization plugins disable that feature. We'll further investigate what we can do to avoid issues like this in the future.
