I am very sorry to reach out to you but I am am not an IT-specialist and I can't find any solution for my problem so far. Yesterday i purchased a one-time Basic License and I just can't make Layerslider Pro run on my new WP-Site. Could you please help me what I need to do to activate the license?
I have installed the Layerslider Plugin - it works - but then I can't activate the license and I have no clue where to allow external connections in Wordpress (see screenshot attached).
WP Remote functions:BlockedFailed to connect to our update server. This could cause issues with license registration, serving updates, downloading templates and installable modules, and displaying certain information like the release log. It’s most likely a web server configuration issue. Please contact your server host and ask them to allow external connections to repository.kreaturamedia.com domain and have cURL and the necessary components installed.
How can I (as a non IT guy) make it run?

This is a server configuration issue that only the web hosting company can resolve. It's not a WordPress or plugin setting, and hosting companies usually don't offer any options on their dashboard that you can change to solve this issue. Usually, the only way is to contact the web host and ask them to allow external connections or whitelist the repository.kreaturamedia.com domain name if they use a firewall or other security measures.
