    Hi!

My server provider just replaced the server where the domain is hosted in order to improve the service and following the hardware maintenance protocols. That was December 9; since that day when I try to make changes in the sliders or just save, the process to save take several minutes and then shows this message

    SERVER ERROR
It seems there is a server issue that prevented LayerSlider from saving your work. Please check System Status for potential errors, try to temporarily disable themes/plugins to rule out incompatibility issues, or contact your hosting provider to resolve server configuration problems. Your HTTP server thrown the following error:

I would like to know if you have any suggestions or if this has happened before to tell my hosting provider.

    Thanks,

    Paz

    Dear Paz,

Thank you for getting in touch with us. My name is George and I'm happy to assist you today. I appreciate your patience while we've been working towards your ticket.

Problems like this are almost always caused by a web server configuration issue. Please visit System Status to see if LayerSlider detected any issues automatically. If not, I'd recommend contacting your web server company to look into this. The error message on your screenshot would suggest that it might be an Apache/Nginx problem. Modules like mod_security and other content-filtering solutions might be in place and block requests based on some criteria, like the request body size. That essentially means that your web server automatically rejects requests without consideration because you send more data than what they are willing to accept.

I'd also suggest to click on the UPDATE DATABASE button located on the System Status page that attempts to repair any database-related problems that can also solve saving issues.

    Best Regards,
