Plugin update

    I've been trying to update my LayerSlider plugin several times, but it fails every time.
    I purchased the licence in July 2022 and everything is ok with my licence key. All my other plugins updates work fine but every time I try to update LayerSlider it fails, with a message cURL error 28.
    Can you help ?

    Thank you for getting in touch with us. My name is John, and I'm happy to assist you today.

    I've just replied to your email. For reference, here's what I've said:

    "I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing problems with updating LayerSlider. Issues like this are almost always caused by misconfigured web server settings, and there's no known issue in LayerSlider itself. Please open LayerSlider's System Status and check whether the "WP Remote Functions" row shows any errors.

    cURL error 28 means that the request sent to our server has timed out and couldn't be completed. If you can tell us the server IP address that hosts your website, we can also look on our side to see if it was mistakenly caught by our firewalls and other security solutions.

    Alternatively, you can download the most recent release from your account and install it manually as you'd typically do."
