Limited availability during the holidays

Another busy year is coming to its end, and an exciting year lies ahead. In order to get ready for a fresh new start, our team will spend a few days' rest during the winter holidays. Over the holiday break, we will have reduced staffing from December 20th, 2024, to January 5th, 2025, so please be patient if you do not receive a response as quickly as you normally would.

We send our warmest wishes for happiness, health, and success throughout the coming year. Thank you for your continued support, and may you have a peaceful and blessed Happy Holidays!

in the pop up. i deleted the email box and put in mailchimp form. but images stop showing up and it locks up. can't go back to the revisions so i'd delete and start over. also, last attempt the whole page wouldn't work until i deleted the layer slider. whats the easiest way to get the pop up to send to mailchimp with out having to do over and over. thanks

I'd recommend using a third-party plugin where you can build the form and then embed it with its shortcode. I'm not sure about the other issues. They all sound very strange, and we've never encountered issues like these. It would be a great help if you could show us the page so we can take a look and investigate what causes it.

    Hi Steve,

Thank you for getting in touch with us. My name is John, and I'm happy to assist you today. I appreciate your patience while we've been working toward your ticket.

Our records show you haven't logged in to your account for at least a year, so you might have tried the wrong account. As a reminder, you can find our accounts portal here, and you can log in with the s*******[email protected] email address in case you have multiple email addresses.

Regarding LayerSlider, can you please clarify what disappeared? The website where your license is registered no longer seems to be operational. The plugin can't erase itself, and embedded projects shouldn't disappear on their own, either. If they do, there are usually external factors and changes that cause it in rare cases.

yesterday it looked like my license was fine but the shortcode on site wasn't working. went to layer slider and no projects.

today there was a yellow box that said something about license but disappeared before i could read it. i had to re do license and now only one project is showing and it's not mine.

this is same account because i continued this ticket because i didn't have my license and no downloads or anything. said i didn't have anything.

    This sounds very strange.

As discussed earlier, your account with the below-mentioned email address has not been accessed for more than a year. On our side, we don't see any problem. That account is fine, and it has a valid lifetime license, which will never expire or disappear.

If you have multiple accounts or licenses, please provide potential email addresses or a license key. It's fine if you can only provide a partial license key visible on your LayerSlider admin area in the license registration box.

Also, showing a project that's not yours shouldn't be possible. Please provide all the information you can regarding this issue so that we can better understand the situation. Please include the website URL where your project should appear and any error messages you receive. If you don't mind sharing a temporary WP admin access, we can also log in and take a look to find out what the issue can be.

If you send sensitive information, please use the switch below the text field to send us a private reply.
