    Hello, i tried to activate my licence but i get an error message.

    Hi John,

    I installed and activated the current version layersliderwp-7.6.1 and get the error message:
    "An unexpected error occurred. Please try again later. If this error persists, it's most likely a web server configuration issue... (see screenshot).
    I hope you can help me, because I didn't activate the layer slider in my purchased Template Enfold, my slider doesn't work either.

    Your license key is valid, and I didn't find any problem related to your order or account. I'd recommend checking System Status to see if it's a network-related issue. Look for the "WP Remote Functions" row. If so, it's a server configuration problem, and only the web hosting company can help you resolve it. 

    If you can provide a temporary WP admin access to your site in a private reply, I can also log in and investigate the source of the issue. However, if it requires changing the server settings, it really is the hosting provider the only one who can make the necessary changes.

    Thank you, Marion! I was able to log in and reproduce the issue. Sadly, as System Status also shows, it's a web server configuration issue. That means that the hosting provider does not allow external connections, and LayerSlider couldn't connect to our servers. This is a setting that only they can change, so I'd like to recommend getting in touch with the company and asking them to make the necessary adjustments.
