Hi, I purchased the Layerslider license but it is not auto-updating. It says I'm still running version 6.11.8. When I click "check for updates" it brings me back to the Wordpress dashboard and shows no updates available. Please advise.
You can download the most recent release from your account by signing in with the email address used during checkout.
Your sliders are stored in the database, and you can safely deactivate and delete the plugin, then install the new version as you'd typically do. It will not touch your sliders; they will be available once the latest version is installed.
