Limited availability during the holidays
Another busy year is coming to its end, and an exciting year lies ahead. In order to get ready for a fresh new start, our team will spend a few days' rest during the winter holidays. Over the holiday break, we will have reduced staffing from December 20th, 2024, to January 5th, 2025, so please be patient if you do not receive a response as quickly as you normally would.
We send our warmest wishes for happiness, health, and success throughout the coming year. Thank you for your continued support, and may you have a peaceful and blessed Happy Holidays!
Is there any documentation that covers the different features?
For example, I would like to know how the different parts of "Scroll Transition" work.
I've loaded the scroll transition demo, and have studied the different layers to try to reverse engineer how the effect is attained, and how I might use it in my own project.
Having to do this deconstruction for every element of my project is very inefficient.
Isn't there any documentation that explains this? Thanks.
Hello Phillip,
Unfortunately, currently we don't have a documentation for how to use effects. We know, that we are in debt to the users with tutorial videos. We will make them along with blog posts in the near future.
In the meantime, I would recommend you to use the smart help feature (by clicking on the PLUS icon on the right side of the input fields. In smart help window you can get information about what is the option for, how it is working and also get some example values in many cases.
I would start with a clean template and only one layer and set only one property by start (for example, set the offset X to 2). If you scroll, the layer will move horizontally. The value in the input field sets the intensity of how the property will animate by scrolling. And you can set minimum and maximum values which are direct values.
I hope this helps.
Best Regards,
