Limited availability during the holidays
Another busy year is coming to its end, and an exciting year lies ahead. In order to get ready for a fresh new start, our team will spend a few days' rest during the winter holidays. Over the holiday break, we will have reduced staffing from December 20th, 2024, to January 5th, 2025, so please be patient if you do not receive a response as quickly as you normally would.
We send our warmest wishes for happiness, health, and success throughout the coming year. Thank you for your continued support, and may you have a peaceful and blessed Happy Holidays!
I'm experiencing an issue with popup images. On the related URL, scroll down to the Our Blended Learning Format graphic. When you click on the three circle images or the text different popups appear. The images on these popups are showing that they are broken, however, in Layerslider they appear just fine. These images are hosted on our website and I have tested in different browsers and gotten the same result. I do not have the Jetpack plugin installed or any caching plugins, we are using the Avada theme and I tried turning off image lazy loading and that did nothing. I also tried clearing the cache on our Kinsta server and that also did nothing.
Helli Lindsey,
I've checked your site and unfortunately there are many JavaScript errors (please see on the attached screenshot). These issues are not related to LayerSlider, but because LayerSlider is also using JavaScript, errors like these can break the proper working of our plugin (and any other plugins you might use). I would recommend you to deactivate your plugins one-by-one so you can find the plugin which causes this issue.

Ok, thank you for checking this out for me. I disabled all our plugins aside from the Avada Core and Avada Builder, which are required by our Avada theme, and the images are still not working correctly so I have decided just to remove them.
I am sorry for your inconvenience, I don't know what can cause this issue. If you would provide me a temporary wp-admin access I would try to find out.
Best Regards,
George | Kreatura Dev Team
