    Dear Kreatura Team 

    I´ve purchased layslider licence today and wanted to update from version 7.3 to 7.5.3 because my customer is experiencing problems with multiple languages ( they use German as standard ) and english and chinese. On german pages all is well, but on the english and chinese pages the layerslider is broken

    dear team - short update: problem with different language versions is solved - it was the ENFOLD Cookie Notice.

    thank you for the respond - I need to know how to update to my bought version /.5.3) - if I press "INSTALL NOW" I do get this:

    "Aw, Snap! - Something went wrong and WordPress was not able to update LayerSlider. This is likely a temporary issue, and you should try again a bit later.

    In the meantime, you can force WordPress to re-check and verify updates by visiting Dashboard → Updates. The new version of LayerSlider can be installed there as well. That screen might also offer additional information on what the issue can be.

    Have you tried updating it also from under Dashboard → Updates ?

    Hi - there is no update for layerslider shown on dashboard -> updates - what else kann I do? For you to know - layerslider came with theme ENFOLD

    Enfold loads LayerSlider in a non-standard way. The solution is to install the official release separately, and Enfold will detect its presence and disable its own built-in version. 

    Please log in to our account portal, and download LayerSlider. No registration is needed, you can log in with the email address used for the purchase. Then, you can proceed with the installation as you would normally do. After that, you'll have the most recent version installed, and you will be able to update without any issues in the future.
