These issues are usually caused by caching and site optimization plugins. Since these solutions serve the same copy of the webpage for every visitor, the end result will also be the same. It sadly poses a technical challenge, and we plan to make changes to mitigate issues like this in the future.
Another less likely possibility might be a problem with handling cookies. It can cause issues if you have a GDPR or security-related WordPress plugin that might block placing cookies.
Hello
we have set a popup with following settings:
- repeat popup ON
- repeat after 0 days (aka at the end of session)
- prevent reopening ON
- target pages: all pages
The expected behavior should be:
- appear first time i open a page on our site
- in case of manually close, the popup SHOULD NOT REOPEN when browsing another page or refreshing the same, until the end of the session
What actually happens is that the popup opens on every page at load or at refresh.
Thank you
