My hole idea was to place a transparent video of a rotating circle with picto's in a photo changing slider and buttons. I hope you get the picture. Thanks.

Unfortunately, I don't know if WP or the browser itself doesn't support (semi)transparent videos. LayerSlider is only generating a markup so that issue is independent of our plugin.
