I have bought this license because I need "play by scroll" but it does not appear in the options. It is urgent. If I don't have this option, I'm not interested in this plugin.

Play By Scroll is a deprecated feature that's now hidden by default. We've added Scroll Transition, and soon we'll also have a Scroll Scene feature to replace it. However, it remains supported under the hood, and you can re-enable it in LayerSlider's Plugin Settings → Miscellaneous with the Enable “Play By Scroll” switch.

The Play By Scroll feature is not supported in that layout type since a Popup is a floating window above your page that sticks to its place and you cannot scroll it along with the page. Most scroll-related features won't work with Popups due to this reason.
