Another busy year is coming to its end, and an exciting year lies ahead. In order to get ready for a fresh new start, our team will spend a few days' rest during the winter holidays.     I have purchased your software and  installed it on my website.The upgrade is not working.

    Here are the notes from my developer:

    Layer Slider. The version you sent me above on Oct 17th is Ver 7.3.0 which is installed. If you d/l Layer Slider 7.5.3 and then "Add new plugin" as above, it should also overwrite nicely. Once again, do a backup on Siteground beforehand, jic.

    Your developer is correct; you can also download the latest version from your account and manually install it as you'd typically do.
