Hi, I'm getting an error (see screenshot) that comes up only on specific devices/browsers. I'm able to duplicate the error on an iPhone, and someone using Chrome on a PC was also able to see it. I've gone into my LayerSlider settings and have tried multiple things to make the error go away, but to no avail. Your documentation (and instructions in the error) are a little outdated on this issue, as the setting for "include scripts in the footer" doesn't seem to work, and "Enabling the Put JS includes to body option under LayerSlider →  → Plugin Settings → Troubleshooting tab should fix this issue" doesn't exist in this newest version of LayerSlider.

I have disabled all of the plugins one by one, as well as the theme (Avada), and the error persists.

    Any suggestions?

    Thank you!

    Hello Charity,

You are right; the error text seems to be outdated. We reorganized LayerSlider settings; now you can find the "Include scripts in the footer" option under Performance. Please try to enable it and let me know if this fixes this issue.

    Hi George,

Thanks so much for your reply. As mentioned, however, I have enabled that setting and the error still persists (see screenshot). I look forward to hearing next steps.

    Thanks again,

    Charity

Could you, please create me a temporary wp-admin access for me? I would like to check and test the settings. Hopefully I can find what causes this issue.

    Hello Charity,

It looks like you are using CloudFlare as a CDN service, which caches LayerSlider's files. These files should update automatically but your CloudFlare configuration causes issues. Please manually purge CloudFlare caches. That should solve your issue.

Hey Hey! I think that solved the issue (it did on my end, anyway!). THANK YOU. I would not have figured that out on my own. Yay!
