Limited availability during the holidays

Another busy year is coming to its end, and an exciting year lies ahead. In order to get ready for a fresh new start, our team will spend a few days' rest during the winter holidays. Over the holiday break, we will have reduced staffing from December 20th, 2024, to January 5th, 2025, so please be patient if you do not receive a response as quickly as you normally would.

We send our warmest wishes for happiness, health, and success throughout the coming year. Thank you for your continued support, and may you have a peaceful and blessed Happy Holidays!

    Hi Stephen,

Thank you for getting in touch with us. My name is John, and I'm happy to assist you today.

This sounds like you're using a site optimizer plugin like WP Rocket with the option enabled to delay JavaScript execution until users interact with the page. Other caching plugins and similar solutions have their own version of this feature, so I'd recommend browsing through their settings.

The plugin you're using likely checks the viewing device and acts accordingly. For example, some plugins count mouse movement as an interaction, but you don't have a mouse cursor on mobile devices, so it won't wait for such a user action.

You don't have to disable JavaScript itself. On the contrary. You need to find that option you've likely manually enabled in the past, which delays JavaScript execution. If the plugin you're using has an option to exclude certain scripts from these restrictions, then you might be able to do this with LayerSlider, but I'd recommend just disabling this feature altogether. The important thing is that a feature like this doesn't affect LayerSlider alone. It affects your entire site. LayerSlider might just be more noticeable since it's in front and center.
