I just found my slider uninstalled (only shortcode appeared on the homepage), I also can't find the plu in the plugins page, I re-installed it but still it didn't appear on the plugin page.

That's strange; the plugin shouldn't and couldn't uninstall itself unless there's some kind of 3rd party solution that's doing it on purpose.
May I ask how did you try to reinstall LayerSlider? It's even stranger to experience this issue after a fresh reinstallation. Are you sure it was successfully installed and there weren't any error messages? Did you try installing the official release downloaded from your account or used a theme-bundled version from your WordPress theme?
I'm not sure what the issue can be. We've never encountered such an issue, and nobody else reported anything similar. If you can provide us with temporary WP admin access, we can log in to try to find out what's wrong.

Yes, I downloaded the plugin from my account, beside I can't find layerslider7 on wordpress plugin page
