Limited availability during the holidays
Another busy year is coming to its end, and an exciting year lies ahead. In order to get ready for a fresh new start, our team will spend a few days' rest during the winter holidays. Over the holiday break, we will have reduced staffing from December 20th, 2024, to January 5th, 2025, so please be patient if you do not receive a response as quickly as you normally would.
We send our warmest wishes for happiness, health, and success throughout the coming year. Thank you for your continued support, and may you have a peaceful and blessed Happy Holidays!
Good day,
When installing Layer Slider in WordPress, I had the error message attached:
After disabling Kaspersky I was able to install.
After creating a slyder I got this error message again when saving. Unfortunately turning off Kaspersky does not help anymore.
What can I do?

Hi Ralf,
Thank you for getting in touch with us. My name is John, and I'm happy to assist you today. I appreciate your patience while we've been working towards your ticket.
It's definitely related to an antivirus or another security-related solution you use on your machine or the web server. It's also a false positive detection. Kaspersky seems particularly sensitiveĀ to this when it sees words it deems suspicious, like "bank". The exact terms it looks for are unknown, and they can change at any time. LayerSlider is virus-free, and it's used on millions of websites. I'd recommend checking every security solution you use and its settings. The saving function uses a technique called "Ajax". You may also see it asĀ "XHR" or "XMLHttpRequest".
Best Regards,
John | Kreatura Dev Team
