Limited availability during the holidays

Another busy year is coming to its end, and an exciting year lies ahead. In order to get ready for a fresh new start, our team will spend a few days' rest during the winter holidays. Over the holiday break, we will have reduced staffing from December 20th, 2024, to January 5th, 2025, so please be patient if you do not receive a response as quickly as you normally would.

We send our warmest wishes for happiness, health, and success throughout the coming year. Thank you for your continued support, and may you have a peaceful and blessed Happy Holidays!

How do you usually post a pop-uo on a / one certain page - do you include the pages you want to display the pop-up or exclude the ones where you don't want to show the pop-up? And would that mean, that I have to exclude all pages (by name or ID) - in our case more than 20 for every pop-up-scenario? We tried it a lot but do not understand how it works.....

    Thanks!

    Hello,

Thank you for getting in touch with us. My name is John, and I'm happy to assist you today. I appreciate your patience while we've been working towards your ticket.

If you want to show a popup on a single or few pages, you need to use the "Include custom pages" field, just like on your screenshot. The problem might be with the "Pages" checkbox, which makes the Popup appear on all pages when enabled. It's a shortcut to avoid listing all of your pages by hand.

You would use the "Exclude pages" field when you do want to show the popup on almost all pages except the listed ones.

You can use both the include and exclude lists simultaneously, but you'd usually choose the one that makes more sense depending on how many places you want to show the popup.

    Best Regards,
