Limited availability during the holidays

Another busy year is coming to its end, and an exciting year lies ahead. In order to get ready for a fresh new start, our team will spend a few days' rest during the winter holidays. Over the holiday break, we will have reduced staffing from December 20th, 2024, to January 5th, 2025, so please be patient if you do not receive a response as quickly as you normally would.

We send our warmest wishes for happiness, health, and success throughout the coming year. Thank you for your continued support, and may you have a peaceful and blessed Happy Holidays!

Mouse over Thumbnails too fast

When you mouse over the thumbnails, the movement of the thumbnails is quite abrupt. Is there a way to slow them down? Also if you place your cursor above the thumbnails (in the main image area) and then slowly attempt to hover over number 4 thumbnail --  for example-- then mouse down to number four, the thumbnail jumps to number 7. Same as when approaching from below -- go for number 5 it jumps to 10.

    Hello Joseph,

The thumbnails work in such a way that when you move the mouse over the thumbnail area when you drag the mouse to the left side of the thumbnail area, the very first thumbnail should always be visible, and when you drag the mouse to the right side, the last thumbnail should always be visible. The more thumbnails you have, the faster the thumbnails will scroll against the movement of the mouse pointer.

So when you drag the mouse from the image to - for example - the fourth thumbnail, due to the automatic thumbnail movement, it immediately jumps to where it should scroll due to the movement of the mouse.

    Best Regards,

The movement is very disturbing. Can this be slowed down? Is there options to added a forward and back arrow to the thumbnails and not have them auto-scroll? Can it be designed so that the thumbnails only scroll when the cursor is over the right side?

I am very sorry about that, but in the current version thumbnails are working this way. We would like to change/update the skin system of the plugin in the future. But this will take more time. I hope you understand.
