Limited availability during the holidays

Another busy year is coming to its end, and an exciting year lies ahead. In order to get ready for a fresh new start, our team will spend a few days' rest during the winter holidays. Over the holiday break, we will have reduced staffing from December 20th, 2024, to January 5th, 2025, so please be patient if you do not receive a response as quickly as you normally would.

We send our warmest wishes for happiness, health, and success throughout the coming year. Thank you for your continued support, and may you have a peaceful and blessed Happy Holidays!

I set first slide transition to 'crossfade', selected 'Apply to all slides', then saved, but transition does not apply.

    Hello Robin,

Thank you for getting in touch with us. My name is Andrea, and I'm happy to assist you today. I appreciate your patience while we've been working towards your ticket.

Crossfade is a slide transition, which is working only with slide background images and/or slide background colors. So, please make sure that you did specify slide background image/color on all slides.

    Andrea:

Great tip!  I originally had only color backgrounds, but replaced them with images, and transitions work as expected.

    Many thanx.

OK, I've got images for all slide backgrounds, and I'm trying to change the slide transitions from rotating 180 degrees to fade-in slide from the right.  I can't seem to save this new transition and replace the rotating one.  How can I save a new slide transition?

  • Robin Cunningham replied

OK, figured out my problem:  I was applying a 2D and a 3D transition, with the 3D 'dominating'.  When I selected all 3D transitions, then deselected all, I was left with the 2D transition I wanted.  No need to reply.

Yes, 3D transitions have always priority.
