    I'm sorry to hear that there's a change in your circumstances. We've canceled your subscription as requested, so you won't be charged automatically at the renewal date.

    However, our records show that you've already downloaded the product and used your license key to activate its exclusive features on your website. Given the nature of digital goods, it's not possible to "return" them. Since you've already used your license to upgrade to LayerSlider 7, we are not able to provide you a refund in this case.
