As we can see, the navigation in the slider works correctly. Is it possible that the issue has been solved?
There are 2 ways setting the background color of slides: 1. Globally: in the Project Settings -> Appearance -> Project Global Background section 2. Per slide: Slide (top right) -> Slide Settings -> Background -> Slide Background section
Unfortunately, it isn't possible to upgrade number of licenses purchased with a one-time payment option. This possibility is available only for the subscription option.
In this case, I can suggest you purchase another one-time payment license key.
