Limited availability during the holidays
Another busy year is coming to its end, and an exciting year lies ahead. In order to get ready for a fresh new start, our team will spend a few days' rest during the winter holidays. Over the holiday break, we will have reduced staffing from December 20th, 2024, to January 5th, 2025, so please be patient if you do not receive a response as quickly as you normally would.
We send our warmest wishes for happiness, health, and success throughout the coming year. Thank you for your continued support, and may you have a peaceful and blessed Happy Holidays!
I am having issues implementing the parallax effect on my own. It works fine with a prebuilt template, but I cannot get the effect to work with any image or element I add. Do you have a tutorial on how to apply the parallax effect when starting from scratch? What am I doing wrong?
Hi Nabeeh,
Thank you for getting in touch with us. My name is John and I'm happy to assist you today. I appreciate your patience while we've been working towards your ticket.
Are you trying to modify a prebuilt template, or are building a new project from scratch? Could you please show us the slider you're building so we can have a better understanding of what you're trying to achieve? A temporary WP admin access would also be very helpful for us.
At the moment, we don't yet have a tutorial video for building parallax sliders.
Best Regards,
John | Kreatura Dev Team
Hello Nabeeh,
You should enable parallax transition on the layers which should use that effect. To enable parallax transition, please select the layer, please click the down arrow next to "Opening Transition", then select "Parallax Transition", and after that, put the switch to "enabled" state.
