1) You can set the position only from the top and left, but you can choose the boundaries of the alignment. There is a dropdown menu called "Align Positions From" in Layers -> Style -> Size & Position, and choose please the "Sides of the screen" option.
2) If you need a bigger font size on a button only for a mobile view, I suggest you use the "Min. font size" field in Layers -> Styles -> Text & Typography.
