Limited availability during the holidays
Another busy year is coming to its end, and an exciting year lies ahead. In order to get ready for a fresh new start, our team will spend a few days' rest during the winter holidays. Over the holiday break, we will have reduced staffing from December 20th, 2024, to January 5th, 2025, so please be patient if you do not receive a response as quickly as you normally would.
We send our warmest wishes for happiness, health, and success throughout the coming year. Thank you for your continued support, and may you have a peaceful and blessed Happy Holidays!
Since a few minor versions ago Crossfading stopped working. Apply transition to all slides stopped working. Does anyone else notice this? Or is there a new default setting in the new version of LayerSlider that I need to find and turn off or something?
Hello Jack,
Thank you for getting in touch with us. My name is Andrea, and I'm happy to assist you today. I appreciate your patience while we've been working towards your ticket.
In newer versions, slide transitions work with both slide background images and slides with background colors specified. Your slides have a white background color. This generates a slide transition between the slides in newer versions of the plugin, but not in the older ones. However, it is invisible to you because the transition is changing from white to white. So, the layers are appearing/disappearing with a slight difference, not at the same time, because the slide transition takes time.
I suggest you the following solutions:
- don't set background color for the slides.
or:
- set the slide transition duration to 0 for all slides. You can do it in Project settings -> Defaults -> Transition duration section. I attached a screenshot of this setting.
If the issue persists after the changes, please let me know!
