Limited availability during the holidays

Another busy year is coming to its end, and an exciting year lies ahead. In order to get ready for a fresh new start, our team will spend a few days' rest during the winter holidays. Over the holiday break, we will have reduced staffing from December 20th, 2024, to January 5th, 2025, so please be patient if you do not receive a response as quickly as you normally would.

We send our warmest wishes for happiness, health, and success throughout the coming year. Thank you for your continued support, and may you have a peaceful and blessed Happy Holidays!

    Hi,

Just purchased support update on Envato.  Downloaded the new version 7.09.  I go to enter my licensing code and it is not accepted and I can't update the software.  Please help.  Very confusing.

    Hello Rob,

Thank you for getting in touch with us. My name is Andrea, and I'm happy to assist you today. I appreciate your patience while we've been working towards your ticket.

In our database, your license key is assigned to http://newsite.oomyungdoe-ne.com. You can use your license key only on one website. If you want to use your key on another site, you must deactivate it from the old one.

If you log in to our account portal (use the FOR NEW CUSTOMERS / RESET PASSWORD field), you will receive an e-mail with a link to the login.

You can manage your license key by clicking the "Licenses & Sites" menu. Next, select your website in the "Associated sites" section, and click on the "Deactivate selected" button above. After it, you can activate your key on your new website.

    Best Regards,
    Andrea | Kreatura Support Team
