Well after you answer I got in touch with our programmer and the person responsable for our site. The said the problem is not in our end and is a problem in yuor plug in. I seems one is going to put the problem in others back. No problem I bought the renew to fix this problem and is not going to be solved, Just one more unhappy costumer for layer slider. Since its beens update for the "new version" will never be how it was. Will not recommend for anyone. I know it does no matter for layer slide but id does for me that chosse this template to use in my website.

LayerSlider is used on millions of websites. If downloading templates would be broken in the plugin itself, it would affect a lot of people, and we would receive a lot of complaints. Rarely and very few customers experience issues with online services, and it's almost always a server configuration issue. We're always trying to reproduce reported issues, but everything is working fine on our end in this case.
I provided multiple tips in my previous answer. Have you had a chance to try them out? Especially checking if System Status detects any issue. It would be very helpful for us to find the source of the problem.
I have a signature of layer slider templates for years and has been always ok.
Since the new version has been installed is not more possible to browse template anda download.
I have recommend this plugin to my friends in Brazil and I personally have installed in two site
I juste renew the subscrition in orden to see if this proble would be soved, but no sucess.
I really aprreciate if you could help us with this issue.
