Another busy year is coming to its end, and an exciting year lies ahead. In order to get ready for a fresh new start, our team will spend a few days' rest during the winter holidays.     I would like to request a refund for this plugin.  I purchased it because the theme I bought required it, however I was unable to get the theme or layerslider to work together as described.  I have deleted the theme and plugin and will be using something else.  

    You have no video tutorials on how to create and animate transitions. Your documentation is of no help because it just offers feature descriptions. It does not explain how to use the features.

    I've removed the plugin from the site I had hoped to use it on.

    It's a common request to have tutorial videos and we're already working on it. Please give it a chance and reconsider the request for a refund.
