Limited availability during the holidays

Another busy year is coming to its end, and an exciting year lies ahead. In order to get ready for a fresh new start, our team will spend a few days' rest during the winter holidays. Over the holiday break, we will have reduced staffing from December 20th, 2024, to January 5th, 2025, so please be patient if you do not receive a response as quickly as you normally would.

We send our warmest wishes for happiness, health, and success throughout the coming year. Thank you for your continued support, and may you have a peaceful and blessed Happy Holidays!

    Hi.

I have noticed on my website homepage the slider is not working. So, I recently updated and purchased the layerslider 7.2.1 plugin, nothing else has changed on the site. Now the images are not visable on my website slider.

In the backend project software, the layers are there, the images are there in the project, but when i update to the website front end, only the black background is visable.

I have updated everything, and all is ok.

I have tried everything and in need of help.

    Thanks Shannon

    Dear Shannon,

Thank you for getting in touch with us. My name is John, and I'm happy to assist you today. I appreciate your patience while we've been working towards your ticket.

This issue is almost always caused by the image preload feature in another plugin (or theme). LayerSlider has its own image and content preload function, and similar features in other plugins do not always cooperate properly. Please turn this feature off or try to exclude LayerSlider items.

We didn't find a LayerSlider slider on your site, so we couldn't test it, but we believe one of the affected plugins is JetPack, which has a preload/lazy load module that you can deactivate separately from the rest of the plugin.

    Best Regards,
