Limited availability during the holidays

Another busy year is coming to its end, and an exciting year lies ahead. In order to get ready for a fresh new start, our team will spend a few days' rest during the winter holidays. Over the holiday break, we will have reduced staffing from December 20th, 2024, to January 5th, 2025, so please be patient if you do not receive a response as quickly as you normally would.

We send our warmest wishes for happiness, health, and success throughout the coming year. Thank you for your continued support, and may you have a peaceful and blessed Happy Holidays!

    Hello,

I purchased Layer Slider today, but it is not showing up on my backend in WordPress, nor can I edit the slider. Is it because it is version 7.2? When I click on the Slider, it just goes to a blank purple page with spinning circles in an endless loop.

Layer Slider version 6.8 worked just fine.

Also, I purchased Layer Slider some time ago for another site, and similarly cannot see or edit Layer Slider, and takes me to the blank purple page with spinning circles in an endless loop.

    Hello John,

I've logged in both of your sites but for me, the editor is working (you have version 7 at www.clubregio.com and version 6 at www.taylor-graphics.net)

Could you, please give me more details about the issues?

    Best Regards,

I am using Chrome to try and open the Layer Slider editor on WP backend for clubregio.com, but I still keep getting a blank purple page with spinning circles in an endless loop when I click on a layer slider to edit in version 7.

    Help!
