Last week, I put in a request for a refund. I have not received a reply.
You have no video tutorials on how to create and animate transitions. Your documentation is of no help because it just offers feature descriptions. It does not explain how to use the features. I don't see anything about timelines or other standard elements of animations and transitions.
I've removed the plugin from the site I had hoped to use it on.
