I have updated my wordpress and theme to the newest version.
Now the problem is that Layer Slider does not load: When I choose a template, it just continue loading.
If I refresh the page, after a long time I can see, that the template is visible on my workspace, however, when I click on template it again begins to load, and does not finish loading.
I have tried to erase all data from layer slider but the problem is still there.
Thank you for getting in touch with us. My name is John, and I'm happy to assist you today.
This sounds like there's a JavaScript error on the page, and it prevents LayerSlider from finishing loading. Please try to temporarily disable all other plugins and switch to the default WordPress theme to see if it solves the issue. If it does, then you can find out the source of the problem by re-enabling them one at a time and watching when the issue resurfaces. This is a common technique to identify potential 3rd party issues.
If the above doesn't help, please consider providing us a temporary WP admin access, so we can log in to your site and investigate the issue further.
