Limited availability during the holidays

Another busy year is coming to its end, and an exciting year lies ahead. In order to get ready for a fresh new start, our team will spend a few days' rest during the winter holidays. Over the holiday break, we will have reduced staffing from December 20th, 2024, to January 5th, 2025, so please be patient if you do not receive a response as quickly as you normally would.

We send our warmest wishes for happiness, health, and success throughout the coming year. Thank you for your continued support, and may you have a peaceful and blessed Happy Holidays!

    Hi

When I change slides, the new slide goes on top of the other in stead of that the slide disapears.

Can you please help with settings?

    Hello Søren,

The problem is that you used a template that originally had several static layers, Static layers are special layers that won't disappear on slide changes. You can check if a layer is static by navigating to Layers -> Transition -> Opening Transition and then scroll down to the bottom of the sidebar. There you can find: "Keep this layer visible". The default setting for this option is "Until the end of this slide" which means, the layer will disappear on slide changes. As I can see, many of your layers have been set to "Forever".

    Best Regards,
