Limited availability during the holidays

Another busy year is coming to its end, and an exciting year lies ahead. In order to get ready for a fresh new start, our team will spend a few days' rest during the winter holidays. Over the holiday break, we will have reduced staffing from December 20th, 2024, to January 5th, 2025, so please be patient if you do not receive a response as quickly as you normally would.

We send our warmest wishes for happiness, health, and success throughout the coming year. Thank you for your continued support, and may you have a peaceful and blessed Happy Holidays!

Please help to make the adjustments like in Chrome or Safari.I think, you need an update

    Dear Hans-Günter,

Unfortunately, the Firefox image looks broken, I mean, the browser is not loading it. But I've tested your site under Firefox in mobile view as well and for me, it seems like it is working/displaying the same as in Chrome.

In chrome it works for iOS and Android. Yours is broken in chrome, too? Your sentence can mena it works for both. And when it is broken, how to fix?

I am so sorry, maybe you misunderstood. The firefox image you attached here to your ticket seems to be broken, so I couldn't see that screenshot (I couldn't open/download it, so I couldn't see the issue). But I've tested under Firefox and Chrome and for me, there were no issues with any of these browsers.

NOw, I understood. If there are no problems in your mobile Firefox, then it is a problem somewhere. I attach the firefox screenshot again..it was broken
