    Dear Sir,

    from two months we have a serius problem with the plugin layerslider. Often the home page of the websites www.caladivolpe.it is total white, like the file in attach.
    We be able to obtain the errore code that we attach at the present.
    The code errore is the follow:

    Hello Mercurio,

    Can you reproduce this issue? I mean, how could I test it? I've tried to refresh your site, navigated to other pages, then used the browser back button but for me, the slider always worked. Could you, please tell me the browser type and version you are using?

    Dear George,

    the browsers are firefox, edge and chrome with last updates.

    In attach you can find the screenshot with errors.

    Is difficult to explain because the error is not always present, some times works some time no works, or some device works some no works.

    Now dosen't work .

    Unfortunately, I cannot reproduce the issue, but I think this should be caused by a third-party plugin. Please, check the following article which helps you test potential incompatibility issues:
