I'm using the Avada theme. Site is hosted by BlueHost. When I'm in preview mode all sliders show up on desktop, tablet, and mobile (phone). I launched my site and then none of the sliders displayed on the live site.
Thank you for getting in touch with us. My name is John, and I'm happy to assist you today. I appreciate your patience while we've been working towards your ticket.
I've checked your site, and it seems to be working fine for me at the moment. Did you manage to solve the issue in the meantime?
Issues like this can usually occur due to a caching plugin installed on your site. Emptying your caches can be very important as it can prevent you from seeing real-time results.
Another possibility is interfering plugins/themes. In that case, we usually recommend testing it out by temporarily disabling other plugins and switching to a default WordPress theme. If the issue goes away, you can test which item causes the issue by re-enabling them one by one.
- The sliders appear in desktop mode without issue. I've checked with Chrome, Firefox, and Microsoft Edge. Everything's good.
- All sliders are working on my iPad when using Firefox of Safari. None of them work when using Chrome or Microsoft Edge.
- None of the sliders work on my phone regardless of what browser I'm using.
- I have cleared my browsing history/cache on all devices, all browsers multiple times. I have tried using incognito windows as well. The issues I mentioned above are still there.
At first I suspected this might have something to do with the element responsive breakpoints set in my theme - Avada, but I've adjusted them multiple times and nothing really helps.
I can try disabling plugins and themes, but in the meantime I wanted to send you as much info as possible.
I've checked your site across a variety of devices and browsers again, but it still appears to be working fine for me. I've looked it on my iPad and iPhone as well as several other devices, and all your sliders displayed as expected. Is there a specific scenario when you can reproduce this issue? I'm thinking like device orientation or other factors.
