After doing a change on a Slider I am not able to save or publish. Please see error note enclosed.

Problems with saving are almost always a result of a web server configuration issue or an incompatibility caused by 3rd parties.
Have you tried the suggestions in the error message? System Status might immediately uncover the exact error. Temporarily disabling other plugins and switching to a default WP theme is also a good way to rule out incompatibility issues.
As I can see, you're using LayerSlider for more than a month now. I assume there wasn't such issue in the past. Can you recall when did you first experience this issue and what happened around that time? Maybe you've installed/updated a plugin that's somehow causing this.
