As a follow-up to my recent support ticket, I read an article that suggested trying another browser that uses a base engine similar to Chrome for testing my issue. I installed Vivaldi (suggested) and the layerslider image loads fine in this browser. At the moment, I now have Brave, Edge, Opera, and Vivaldi working just fine. The browsers that won't load the layerslider image are Chrome and Firefox.
Thank you for getting in touch with us. My name is John, and I'm happy to assist you today. I appreciate your patience while we've been working towards your ticket.
LayerSlider supports all modern web browsers. We're primarily using Chrome for development on our machines, so this is definitely about something else. Issues like these are usually the sign of an image preloader plugin like Jetpack as you've mentioned in your other ticket. If you're no longer using Jetpack, then it must be something else.
Please review your installed plugins especially focusing on optimization and caching plugins. This can also be a feature in the WordPress theme you're currently using.
You can test your site for potential incompatibilities caused by 3rd party items. Please refer to the following article to learn more: https://kreatura.ticksy.com/article/9272/
