Limited availability during the holidays
Another busy year is coming to its end, and an exciting year lies ahead. In order to get ready for a fresh new start, our team will spend a few days' rest during the winter holidays. Over the holiday break, we will have reduced staffing from December 20th, 2024, to January 5th, 2025, so please be patient if you do not receive a response as quickly as you normally would.
We send our warmest wishes for happiness, health, and success throughout the coming year. Thank you for your continued support, and may you have a peaceful and blessed Happy Holidays!
Hello,
Can we have this product changed to the stand alone version? We cannot use wordpress for our site and will need to have it hosted on our servers as a clustered ecommerce item.
Hi Jonathan,
Thank you for getting in touch with us. My name is John, and I'm happy to assist you today. I appreciate your patience while we've been working towards your ticket.
I'm not sure I can follow you. Based on our records, you already have a WordPress site where you installed LayerSlider. Is that not the site where you intended to use LayerSlider? Also, what does clustered ecommerce item mean? Are you planning to resell a product that bundles LayerSlider?
We have a jQuery-based standalone version, which can be used on any website. However, it does not have an editor interface to build your projects and it requires web development experience to use it.
Best Regards,

Hello John,
We were trying to migrate the site over to WordPress - that key is no longer valid as the VM hosting was deleted. When I use the term Cluster, I only refer to our servers, as in the ones needed to run one website. The stand-alone would only be installed on one server and used for one website.
Thank you for the clarification, Jonathan!
We can't change the order you've already made as it has some technical and legal challenges. What we can do is to provide a full refund and you purchase the standalone version separately.
Also, I want to highlight this again: the standalone version does not have a visual project editor. It's all code-based. Since the WordPress version has the ability to export projects as HTML to be used with the standalone version, you might want to consider keeping it for the ability to easily build projects.
Best Regards,
